Gold Guide | Locations of all Vendor Recipes

Image
I made an Addon to Guide you to all the BoE Recipes. Nicornvendors . It works with TomTom and displays the Recipe Name under the Waypoint Arrow, sometimes even with a little note to guide you. The Waypoints were chosen on how accessible they are, so we only get each recipe one time in the easiest location for it. I hope you like the addon. Change the Waypoint so you can start where you want.  The Waypoint will always point toward the same after set up (e.g. Daleohm - Plans: Frostguard in Kalimdor) - to change that right click on the point you want and then "Set as waypoint arrow". 2021/01/01 - The addon is outdated. As I'm no longer playing the game, I won't fix it. But I found the original excel table, which I used to collect the data. And I turned them into tomtom waypoints, so you can use these instead.  These Waypoints only contain the name of the vendor and not the recipe names. Just put them in a macro. There is/was an addon that allows you to make macros with...

Gold Guide | Runecloth Shuffle

Image
I love simple math, as you can tell from the calculations below. So i wanted to make this Guide, because I had so much Runecloth from my BWL Trash | Gold Guide  and I didn't wanted to flood the market with all the cloth and also thought I could make more money. You can see the three best Methods I found during my research below and all the calculations, which contain average prices from theunderminejournal . For all three methods you will be needing Tailoring and Enchanting. I disenchanted 100 of all the Gear pieces below to get an average. All Gear made is learned from the Trainer. Runecloth Belt - Runecloth into Dream Dust This is  the cheapest way to convert Runecloth into Dream Dust. With the Average prices, this guide doesn't make any gold. This Shuffle is profitable if the prices for Runecloth and Dream Dust are: 4Stacks of Runecloth < 1 Stack of Dream Dust Turn all lesser eternal essences into greater ones; nobody buys lesser ones. Created with: ...

Gold Guide | Farming Shadowfang Keep - 7,500G/hr

Image
Here is some Information for you if you're thinking about farming Shadowfang Keep for Gold. The Instance is Located in southern Silverpine Forest and has a huge Storyline to it, which horde players can follow before even entering the Instance with Quest in the Zone. Sadly this also means, that we're affected by boring speeches that only slow us down. On the good side, the route I'm taking only contains one of the speeches. We start the Instance in a room full of Quest and Story NPC's. You then head into the right doorway and pull all the mobs up until the boss. Kill all the Trash before you go near the Boss. Once the Boss is dead the first Storypoint is reached and the Instance to this point fills with NPC's and the Trash will despawn. If you haven't looted/killed them yet - bad luck. Now we have to wait for one of the NPC's to open the door, which takes about 30seconds. This time can be used perfectly to disenchant Items from previous runs. After the doo...

TYDKaWoW #012 | Blizzards early Kalimdor Design was totally different

Image
Well, not totally totally, but there are a bunch of changes. You might have seen a few early design maps for World of Warcraft floating around without sources , but this is certifiably the real deal. During the BlizzCon 2014 and for the 10th birthday of World of Warcraft, Blizzard shared a bunch of pictures from the early days. You could only find them online as blurry pictures of the monitor. And then Dave Wilson, who works as Talent Attraction Guy for Blizzard, shared the originals on his twitter account.  And now it's double legit. So what are the differences, between this early concept and the final product, that was shipped to the players? I did a little painting to make comparing the early design map and actual release a little easier. The early design has a color for each zone, with the dividing mountains in a brown, swimmable water in a light blue and a few connecting ways for the zones in yellow. The names of the zones are white, level-ranges of the zones in red and d...
